Our company EVN Blechverarbeitung GmbH was established 2000 in Weilheim and currently resides in Peissenberg with a production area of 2000 m² and over 15 employees. EVN offers a wide array of services in the areas of laser cutting, bending and CNC machining. We work with cutting edge software and machines such as the newest Trumpf Fiber Series and can produce very big and very small parts in high numbers quickly and reliably.
High quality products - from the idea to the finished item ! EVN works with materials ranging from aluminium, sheet metal and stainless steel. Our machine park consists of high tech laser and bending machines working with high precision. We support the entire process from prototype to serial production and can offer very competitive prices for big serial productions. Our laser machines work with up to 24 KW power and can cut sheet metal up to 60 mm thickness.
With our cutting edge Trumpf laser machines we can efficiently and cost-effectively produce both special parts and large quantities for mass production. We can bend aluminium, stainless steel, steel and various other metals. We produce for the automobile industry, construction industry and other industries.
We do welding work like WIG and MIG-MAG. We work with stainless steel and galvanized tubs and frames.
We offer CNC-milling, CNC-drilling and CNC-turning. The customer can send us a CAD program or instructions and we can produce or construct to the customer specifications.
We can deburr sheet metal parts and round corners. We use steel brushing machines to remove the oxide layer or slag from inner and outer contours. Our grinding machines offer a splash-free surface finish.

The modern high-end flatbed laser-machine guarantees efficiency and quality. This is ensured by the one-cutting-head strategy and other smart operating features. We use Fiber machines with up to 24 kw performance and can handle mass production at scale quickly and reliably as well as material thickness up to 60 mm.
TRULASER 6050 connects precision with power. With 6000 W laser-power it can cut sheet metal up to 25 mm.

The High-Speed-System TRUMATIC HSL 2502 C with dynamic linear drives and two cutting heads ensures high quality. TRUMPF TLF laser and modern cutting technology deliver optimal results and high process stability.
Trumatic L 3050, the High-End flatbed-machine stands for high productivity and efficiency. This is achieved with the one-head cutting-strategy and automation solutions.
TrumaBend V130 works with a 4-cylinder technology, folding-power from 500kN-3200kN and a folding-length up to 1275mm.
TrumaBend V230 works with a 4-cylinder technology, folding-power from 500kN-3200kN and a folding-length from 1275mm-4420.
TruBend Serie 5000 is innovative in precision and technology. Its Automatically Controlled Bending technology offers exact results.
Trumabend E18 CNC-Folding handles small and large lot sizes up to 400 mm folding length.
LISSMAC systems for sheet metal work are highly effective at bilateral deburring and edge rounding of punch, laser and fine plasma cut parts. The automatic steel-burst machine removes the oxid layer on inner- and outer contours of steel, bilateraly removes slag from inner- and outer contours of plasma- and autogenous cut parts, handles deburring and edge rounding up to 50 mm material thickness and handles removal of splashes from the surface.
